
Natalia Trunova
Natalia Alexandrovna Turnova is Vice-President of the “Center of Strategic Development” Foundation, a member of the Experts and Analytical Council of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and President of the non-commercial partnership “National Guild of City-Planners”.
She graduated from the St. Petersburg State University, specializing in Cultural Studies. Later, she completed her postgraduate studies in Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and became a Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Over the years, she has been Assistant Research Adviser at the “North-West Center of Strategic Development” Foundation, Coordinator of its regional network and Head of the Project Department. She also used to be Councilor at the Pskov Oblast Governor’s Administration Office and later moved on to become Chairwoman of the State Committee on Tourism, Investments and Spatial Development of Localities.
Before 2017, she taught at the Department of Spatial Development of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. She also used to give lectures at the Digital Transformation Leaders Training Center and at the Institute of Design and Urban Studies.
