Daria Tolovenkova

Deputy Chief Architect of Kazan and the head of the creative team of Kazan Mayor’s Office

Daria Valeryevna Tolovenkova is Deputy Chief Architect of Kazan and the head of the creative team of Kazan Mayor’s Office.

She graduated from Kazan State Architecture and Construction University, specializing in Architecture and City-Planning. In 2015, she won the Top 50 Award as Best Architect and Designer with her Continent Park and her renovation project of the Pine Grove near the Khimiki Community Center. She also participated in renovation of several other parks in Kazan, e.g., Kaleidoscope Park and Gorky Park. She headed the bureau Architectural Force for almost two years and in that short time, she managed to realize 56 projects all over the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Daria Tolovenkova drafted the landscaping strategy for the River Kazanka, a project initiated by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan. She also landscaped Russo-German Switzerland Park, a jewel of Kazan City.

In 2012, she won the contest for the position of Creative Team Architect at the Kazan Mayor’s Office. She also worked in Europe, at Erick van Egeraat offices in Budapest and Rotterdam, and attended training courses at Viktor Logvinov’s Architectural Workshop in Moscow.
