Aleksey Raskhodchikov
Candidate of Sociological Sciences, author of over 20 research papers on management sociology, urban studies, social media analytics etc. Author of several methodologies for public evaluation of urban development projects and of methodologies for analysis of citizens’ reactions to the decisions of local authorities.
Editor-in-chief of two collections of applied research articles: “Media 4.0: Managing the Complexity” (2020) and “A University Town: The Sensible Architecture” (2021). Editor-in-chief of a series of analytical almanacs by the Moscow Center of Urban Studies “City”: “Moscow Renovation Standards”, “Greater Moscow, Grand Paris. The Territory of the Future”, “Smart Cities for Sustainable Development”, “Healthy City: Mixed Metaphor or Reality”.
Biography
Born on July 16, 1979 in Balakovo, Saratov Oblast.
In 2009, he graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration (RAPA) with a degree in State and Municipal Management.
In 2017, he successfully defended his candidate thesis on management sociology at the Federal Center of Theoretical and Applied Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences).
Since 2017, he has been a member of the International Academy of Children and Youth Tourism and Local Lore named after Alexander Ostapets-Sveshnikov.

2001 – 2011 Voting member of the Territorial Electoral Commission of the Balakovsky District; at varying times head of working parties on election campaign control and electoral documents control, also head of the supervision and auditing service

2003 – 2012 Chairman of the Board of the Saratov Region Entrepreneur Association
2008 – 2012 Chairman of the Council for Economic Defense of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses at the Public Prosecutor Office in Balakovo; member of similar councils at the Public Prosecutor Office in Saratov Region and at the Presidential Envoy to Povolzhsky Federal District
2012 – 2021 Head of the information analysis team and later Deputy External Relations Director at Mosinzhproekt (owned by the Moscow City Government)
