Yulia Nikulicheva

Yulia Nikulicheva is Director for Russia and CIS and Head of Strategic Consulting at Jones Land LaSalle, Inc.

She graduated from New Economic School and Moscow State University, specializing in Economics. She holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Henley Business School (University of Reading, Great Britain). She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and leads the RICS Russia commercial real estate group. Yulia has been with Jones Land LaSalle, Inc. since 1998.

The Strategic Consulting Department at Jones Land LaSalle, Inc. has two subdivisions: one for office and mixed-use real estate projects and one for retail real estate. Throughout her career at the company, Yulia has contributed to most of the essential and large-scale development projects that her department participated in.

Yulia worked on such high-profile projects as Metropolis Shopping Mall, Avia Park Shopping and Entertainment Center, Moscow City, MiG plant in Moscow and real estate portfolio of GlavUpDK of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She helped identify the ideal positioning of Citybank’s ATMs around the city, participated at the development of Esentai Mall and Dostyk Plaza at Almaty, Kazakhstan, and developed market investment strategies for seven other Kazakh cities.
