Vladimir Zhidkin

Head of the Department for the Development of New Territories

Vladimir Fyodorovich Zhidkin was born in 1963 in Saransk, Republic of Mordovia.

In 1985, he graduated from Nikolai Ogaryov Mordovia State University, specializing in industrial and civil construction. Since 2012, he has been Head of the Department for the Development of New Territories.

Vladimir Zhidkin started his professional activity in 1985. Throughout his career, he has been Deputy Construction Minister of Moscow Oblast, Minister of Housing and Utilities of Moscow Oblast, General Director of Technoteks-Kev engineering construction company, and has held several other key positions.

Vladimir Zhidkin received several awards, a Note of Acknowledgement and a Certificate of Acknowledgement by the Governor of Moscow Oblast, an Ivan Kalita Order and several other decorations.

Vladimir Zhidkin is an Honorary Builder of the Russian Federation.
