Nail Saifullin

Nail Anvarovich Saifullin is Director for Development at Mosinzhproekt JSC.

He was born on July 14, 1979. After high school, he went to Kazan Federal University and graduated from it twice, specializing first in Philology and later in Corporate Management.

Nail Saifullin started his career as postgraduate student at the Russian Academy of Sciences History Institute of the Republic of Tatarstan. Later, he worked as an assistant to a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan. After that, he became General Director of GasEnergoProm Trust Company LLC and later Deputy General Director of EnergoProm LLC.

Since 1012, he was worked at Mosinzhproekt JSC.

Nail Saifullin is heavily involved in public work as a member of the Youth Civic Chamber of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a member of the Youth Parliament Assembly of the Federation Council, a member of Youth Civic Chamber of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as of several other organizations.

He was awarded a Certificate of Commendation from the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and a Commendation from the Chairman of the Youth and Tourism Commission of the Federal Council of the Russian Federation.
