Director of the Center for Urban Development Competencies of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)

Irina Viktorovna Irbitskaya is the founder and Head of the European project Digital Cities, a consultant to the United Nations Development Program and an expert of the Russian Auditing Chamber.

She is an architect, an urban specialist and an expert in development of new territories.

Irina Irbitskaya has on multiple occasions been a member of award panels of various city-planning and architectural contests, domestic as well as international. Concurrently, she herself has won several domestic and international architectural and city-planning awards.
