Ilya Zalivukhin

Ilya Vyacheslavovich Zalivukhin was born in 1974. In 1998, he graduated from Moscow Architectural Institute and started his career as an architect.

After graduation, he worked in Russian offices of several British architectural firms. In 2004, Ilia Zalivukhin established his own urban construction company and called it Yauzaproekt. The company specializes in complex urban planning and architectural solutions.

Ilia Zalivukhin participated as an expert in multiple regional development projects in Astrakhan and Sverdlovsk Oblast as well as in the city of Vladivostok and several other regions of Russia. In 2007 and 2008, he presented his plans for the city of Mineralnye Vody and his City Park Kaluga project for Kaluga at the MIPIM in Cannes. In 2021, he started working on the development roadmap for the Moscow Agglomeration.

Ilia Zalivukhin is a member of the working team on agglomeration development of the Russian Ministry of Regional Development, as well as a member of the bureau of the Council on Urban and Land Planning of the Russian Union of Architects. He played an essential part in the establishment of the nonprofit partnership Union of Technical Writers of Urban Planning Documentation.
