Galina Gradoselskaya

Leading Research Associate at the International Applied Network Analysis Lab

Galina Vitalyevna Gradoselskaya is Leading Research Associate at the International Applied Network Analysis Lab. She is also Head of the School of Social Studies at the Department of Sociology and of the “Networks Methods and Models in Textual Information Analysis” training and research group.
In 1996, she graduated cum laude from Volgograd State Technical University, School of Electronics and Computer Engineering, specializing in Systems Engineering. Later, she studied Sociology at the Moscow School for Social and Economic Sciences. In 2001, she obtained a research degree at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences and at the Moscow School for Social and Economic Sciences. She is Candidate of Sociology, and her thesis is “Social Media Analysis”.
Galina Gradoselskaya published numerous research papers, such as, for instance, “Methodology of Business Networks Development in Corporate Research”, “Network Analysis as Research Method for Modern Transformations”, “Social Media: Private Transfer Exchange”, etc. She is professionally engaged in social media analysis, math modelling in social sciences and educational systems monitoring.
