Alexander Ruchyov

Chairman of the Board and owner of Osnova Group

Alexander Valeryevich Ruchyov is Chairman of the Board and owner of Osnova Group.

He was born in 1973.

He graduated form Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, specializing in Aerophysics and Space Research.

In 1994, he established Morton Group. Since that time, he acted as Chairman of the Developers’ Mutual Insurance Society, Deputy Head of the Public Council of the Ministry of Construction as well as Chairman of the new technical committee of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology, engaged in regulating the quality of construction materials, products and engineering structures.

According to the Top 1,000 Russian Managers rating list, Alexander Ruchyov is in the top ten of the most professional and influential leaders of the Russian construction industry.
